pleasant overall experience. family hotel, magnificent location close to malls and polite staff. location adjacent to restaurants and eateries and the city centre and the main tourist attraction such as the museum. nice food in the restaurants such as chin nam hong, located 10 min away. climate control, flat-screen tv, and an electric kettle in the room and the comfortable bed.

The room was clean and cozy, though it was a bit small for luggage. A bit of noise from other rooms and street traffic at times, but overall, a pleasant experience worth returning to.

Using What's App for all communications was convenient. the digital key lock provided excellent security. Staff was friendly, offering exceptional customer service and quick responses. Easy access to shops and restaurants nearby made our trip smooth and enjoyable.
